Refund Policy

Changup Plus sells Shortsmith to you directly and takes payments in US dollars through PayPal. The price shown is the total you pay — no tax is added at checkout. Payments in Korean won on the Korean site follow the Korean Terms instead.

Within 14 days of any payment — a credit pack, a monthly plan payment or a yearly plan — you can ask for a refund of the credits from that payment that you haven’t used. If you haven’t used any, you get the full amount back.

For example, if you bought the 500-credit pack for $79 and used 100 credits, we refund 400 ÷ 500 of $79, which is $63.20, and remove the 400 unused credits.

• Credit packs: we refund the value of the remaining credits minus a 10% fee (minimum $1). Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Monthly plans: payments older than 14 days aren’t refunded. You can cancel at any time and keep using the plan until the end of the month you already paid for. You won’t be charged again.
• Yearly plans: paid once for 12 months and don’t renew automatically, so there’s nothing to cancel. Payments older than 14 days aren’t refunded.

• If a task fails because of us, the credits used for that task are returned automatically.
• If you couldn’t use the Service because of our fault, we refund or compensate you accordingly, regardless of the time limits above.

• Email help@shortsmith.kr with the email address of your account. Your PayPal account also shows each payment and its receipt.
• To cancel a monthly plan, open Billing and choose Cancel. You can also cancel it from the automatic payments settings of your PayPal account.
• Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card you paid with. How long they take to appear depends on PayPal and your bank or card issuer.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Full terms are in our Terms of Service, section 7.
