How credits are used
Frequently asked questions
Do unused credits roll over?
On personal plans, yes — for one month. Credits from this month’s plan can be used through the end of next month, and the oldest credits are used first. Team plan credits refresh every month and don’t roll over. Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
What can I do on the Free plan?
You get 5 credits once when you sign up — enough to make one Short with an AI script and captions (use them within 30 days). AI voice-over and the YouTube comment overlay start on paid plans. Free credits don’t refill monthly.
Are taxes included?
Yes. The price shown is the total you pay — nothing is added at checkout.
What is a “seat” on team plans?
A seat is someone who makes and publishes videos (owner, admin or editor). Team plans are priced per seat, and each seat adds credits to one shared workspace balance (per seat: Team 80, Business 200, Scale 440, Production 920 credits). Viewers don’t take a seat and are free.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect right away — you pay the difference and credits are added immediately. Downgrades apply from your next billing date. Team seats work the same way.
How many renders can I run at once?
Each workspace has a limit on renders running at the same time — Free to Creator 1, Pro 2, Studio 3, Team 2, Business 3, Scale 4, Production 6. When one finishes, you can start the next right away.
What happens to my videos if I cancel?
You can keep using the rest of your billing period, and you can still download the videos and projects you made after canceling.
What about copyright?
Only upload videos you own or have permission to use. We don’t secure rights to source videos on your behalf.
